The Round Table examines the full ramifications of the recent archaeological discovery of of the 200-foot diameter circular building, along with other archaeological discoveries, at Windsor in August of 2006.

Ancient records, including building account expenses for King Edward III show that the historic Round Table was built by Edward III in 1344 for his knights at Windsor.

Like a detective on a challenging case, Dr Ralls investigates the details and clarifies fact from fiction, history from mystery. Using the High Middle Ages as the focus, and the medieval Round Table legend as an anchor, she explores the continuing legacy of medieval wisdom in our lives today.

In Medieval Wisdom ~ Illuminating the darkness, Dr Ralls examines familiar medieval mysteries, including some of the more unusual and abstruse topics that have left a trail of echoes through history, where fact, fiction and legend intertwine. Topics include: Holy Grail, Knights Templar, Rosslyn Chapel, Troubadours, Gothic Cathedrals, Alchemy, Magic and Magi, Kabbala, Medieval Witchcraft, and Sacred Relics.
